A highlight of any trip to Rome is a visit to the Vatican Museum. As one of the largest and most precious collections of art and sacred objects in the world, the Vatican Museum offers the pilgrim a special opportunity to experience the glorious history of Rome and the Church in a special way.
In order to avoid the long lines for entrance to the museum, it is highly recommended to buy tickets online prior to your visit on the following link: purchase tickets for the Vatican Museum.
With the incredible vastness of the Vatican Museum, a guided tour is a great way to experience the highlights that the museum has to offer. Please, note that tours of the Vatican Gardens are available as well. The tour of the gardens brings the pilgrim behind the walls of Vatican City and provides an intimate look at its beauty.

Great place, very close to the Colosseum and the center of Rome, rare accommodation.
Beautiful and quiet place 3 minutes from the Colosseum. The rooms are clean and air conditioned. The bed was very comfortable. A place that I recommend to stay in Rome in peace.
This was a delight of a place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Its location was excellent and the gardens were fantastic.
The priests and semminers were very implied by the visitors.
Centrally located near the Colosseum and the church of San Giovanni in Laterano. Great hospitality!
A great place to stay when visiting Rome. Centrally located away from the hustle and bustle. A few steps from the subway. Some great restaurants nearby.
Fabulous location, right in front of the thermal baths of Merano, they are very courteous because every promotion or discount on parking, on the thermal baths and more, they do it for you. Very welcoming place. Wide choice of breakfast products.
Villa Irlanda is located on Via dei Santi Quattro, 7 near Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano. Standing in the centre of that Square, you will notice a long, two-storey building with a small clock-tower directly opposite the side entrance to the Lateran Basilica. Leaving the Square behind, take the street to the right of this building (as you face it). Remaining on the left side of the street, you will almost immediately notice a café-bar, “l’800,” on your right. Fifty metres further on continue on the right. Villa Irlanda is the first entrance on your left.
